Warming winter yoga series w/ isabel

stay warm and grounded this winter by keeping your Sunday self-care ritual going. Isabel’s 60-minute classes will focus on balancing the warming and cooling energies of the body while emphasizing the role of breathe, mindfulness, playfulness and community in managing those dreary feels of stress, anxiety and disconnection that can sometimes pick up momentum during cooler weather. as always, the class is geared towards all levels and all bodies. If the weather is warm enough, we practice outside on the turf, and if it is too chilly, we turn the cozy drifter lobby into a temporary yoga sanctuary. Class + all day pool access is $10.
